DAVID
DAVID SCHÖPF, geb. 01.03.1963, David is the Big Boss. As a trained chef, David delights with super delicious food and awesome cakes and gateaux – caution, addictive. David’s other talent has to be carpentry and if anything is in need of fixing, then David is your man. He is distinguished by his quiet persona, which is quite an atypical boss trait. Following a busy winter season, he invites his team to join him to unwind for a few days in relaxing surroundings away from the hustle and bustle. Rocky, David’s dog also plays a big part in his life. “...we are glad to have David as our boss”.
ILIJA
ILIJA DODOROVIC-LOCKE, geb. 20.04.1965, nickname ‘Curly’, he is in an open relationship with Lilli, together they have a daughter – Susi. Ilijas hobbies: eating suckling pig roast until near bursting.... playing cards, playing dice, (in short, anything that can be done sitting down). He prefers to wear his
short leather trousers LONG, he is also our ‘irritated’ member of staff who naturally is ALWAYS right. He likes to do best what Inge tells him to do (that would be everything then!).
Rainer
Walser Rainer, Waily, geb. 23.06.1973,
His hobbies: playing football and going on holidays with his Tanya. Rainer skilfully avoids any conflicts (his motto: ah well, we will find a way). Rainer is the ‘chilled’
member of the team. Nothing seems to unsettle him in a hurry, unless it is about his hair, his most prized possession (although upon closer inspection one can see that it’s thinning a little) Favourite drinks: Beer and wine
INGE
Inge Brunner (Hechenberger),geb. 29.05.1976. Inge’s profession is her calling. She is helpful and always has a friendly smile for everyone. Hospitality is clearly her forte. After a long day, inge likes nothing better than to go for a relaxing walk with her Labrador ‘Xena’, to go on a nice ski tour with her husband or to bury her head in various books. Inge loves and is in tune with nature .....
PHILIPPE
Philippe Steenwege, "BALU - der Bär", geb. 14.01.1968 , aka ‘Balu, the bear’. Philippe originally from Gent- Belgium, living in Austria since 1990. His hobbies are: lots of different sport, but passively – watching TV. He also likes beer tasting accompanied by copious amounts of red meat. Our Roland (see below) is Philippe’s favourite brother in law. Philippe can proficiently perform the ‘Balu danz’ to almost near perfection. Favourite drinks: Wine and beer – just like everyone else here!
ROLAND
ROLAND Gritsch, Vulgo „VALTELAS“ geb.26.07.1967, to his many hobbies count: taking snuff and mountain running (you would not grant him that!). roland is married and proud dad to his 2 children. During the summer, Vulgo doesn’t work at David’s but earns his crust as brick layer, stove fitter and tiler. Roland’s favourite place is in front of the fire where he can cheer on his number one football team – Man United. Favourite drink: a cold beer or a fine glass of wine
DANKA
DANKA LEVOCKA ?REPCAKOVA, geb.30.11.1964 Danka was born in Kezmarok- Slovakia, living in Austria since 1995. She has 2 children (Matus and Barbora). Her hobbies include: dancing, cleaning, pets and reading newspapers in bed – especially when other wish to sleep. Danka loves being told that she is GREAT! She is forever smiling, in charge of the hot drinks department. Danka is also a dab hand with cotton and needle or bandages and plasters.
MISCHO
Vekic MiLORAD , geb.09.02.1973 known as Micha, born in Croatia and living in Austria since 1999. He ismarried to Leila, and soon to be dad of two! His hobbies include hunting wild boar and breeding rabbits. Micha is our ‘Riki Diki Master’ (only with Leila). Micha started his career at David’s washing up but is now master of the kitchen (chef).
